Housofai Finance compares loan products and refers your application to lenders. We are not a bank or NBFC. Any loan is a contract between you and the lender, on the lender's terms.

No fees, no guarantees

We do not charge customers. We are paid by lenders after disbursal. We do not guarantee approval, rate, amount or timeline; the lender decides.

Calculators

EMI and savings figures on this site are estimates based on the inputs you give and indicative rates. Your actual offer may differ.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and share documents only through the secure link our team sends. Never share OTPs, PINs or passwords with anyone.

Partners

Referral partners must refer only people who have agreed to be contacted, must never collect money from customers, and are bound by their partner agreement.
